Windows 10: Foolishly ran an msi packed with a virus but Windows Defender quarantined it, am I safe?

Hello, I'd like some peace of mind to see if I am finally safe. I downloaded a software for CAD, but I downloaded it off a bad-actor website and it came packaged in a .rar file. I extracted the file none the wiser then ran an msi file.Windows Defender then came to my rescue and quarantined an exe file immediately after I ran the msi and now I'm left wondering if I'm safe now. I ran a full scan on my computer with Windows Defender after that and I ran MalwareBytes immediately after. There are no results. I checked my startup apps and removed some garbage application and now I am hopefully clean

Unable to remove or quarantine Virus Threat

Ran a virus scan with defend and 3 threats were detected, however when I went to have them removed nothing happened, tried to quarantine them and again nothing happened any suggestions on how to eliminate these threats. The threats are PUA:Win32/SweetIM
PUA:Win32/Visicom and PUA:Win32/AskToolbar

Nothing has changed. We still have erroneous status reports in the Full history page just like we did in the All detected items page in the classic Defender interface. If a threat doesn't appear in the Quarantined threats list on the Scan history page,
then it wasn't actually quarantined.

So we need to correct the documentation here:

On Windows Defender Antivirus for Windows 10 version 1703 and later:

• Use the Windows search box to find and open the Windows Defender Security Center
• Navigate to the Virus & threat protection > Scan history.
• Under Quarantined threats, select

On earlier versions of Windows:

• Open Microsoft Security Essentials or Windows Defender.
• Click the History tab.
• Select Quarantined items and then View details. You might be asked for an admin password or to confirm your choice.

Once you have reviewed the quarantined items you can:

• Select Remove all to delete all quarantined software.
• Select individual files, and then click Remove or
  Restore.
