Windows 10: For 3 days now I've been getting this script that windows cannot find<<< HELP!!

I'm wondering how to get it to stop, it does pop up during my game sessions and my streaming sessions and interrupts almost all of anything upfront on my screen. here's a SS. Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
