Windows 10: for anyone can't play forza horizon 4 online IPSEC 0x00000000

for anyone can't play forza horizon 4 onlineerrorIPSEC 0x00000000just logout when in forza main menu after that games automatically restart then just login again..

Forza Horizon 4 IPSEC 0x00000000

I brought FH4 3 days ago, after playing to the point where I can joij online mode, I receive an Alert Unable to join session, and I saw IPSEC 0x00000000 and I went on to Forza Support, they gave me a bunch of links and fixes and referred me to Windows Xbox Steam Support.

Steam support is pretty much useless outside of steam games.

Windows Support put me through a robotic call and say that I would have to pay for the services if I would want to request.

Xbox Support at least tried to help but nothing works.

Teredo is open and connected but I can't find the Network Adapter for it.

Tried on my laptop still doesn't work.

Question Forza if I'm banned? they say no.

I'm running out of options what should I do?
