    For "DavidM121" or, anyone else experienced with minidump files


    My original conversation with DavidM121 dates back to October 5, 2022 titled "Random "BSOD" incidents" I got up this morning and moved my mouse to "wake up" the screensaver and within a couple of minutes that darn BSOD came up again and I had to wait for a reboot and things to stabilize. I immediately thought about my previous post and the minidump files.Below is a "OneDrive" link to that file. I hope I followed the correct procedure to share this. There were three other files in the minidump folder , I am aware of the reason for at least two of those incidents. If for any reason, one needs to

    • Have you made any recent changes on your computer prior to the issue?
    • Was there an error code displayed when experiencing the blue screen error?

    Can someone please execute these minidumps and post back the information i can't get the symbols to work on vista. ( the minidumps are from windows xp service pack 2)

    • Since when have you been experiencing this issue?
    • Were there any changes on your PC before this happened like software or updates installed?

    For initial troubleshooting, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below:

    • Open File Explorer.
    • Access this link

      C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
    • Delete all the files.
    • After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.
