in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and DebuggingBrowser opening multiple windows on startup and its consuming 50% (roughly) of my CPU.: Whenever i start my PC, almost 5 to 6 browser window are working in task manager (services), one of them is consuming 50-60% of my CPU, i just have to manually quit that service in the processes menu of Task manager, then it works fine. It isn't limited to a specific browser....
