Windows 10: For I while now my laptop Windows 11 doesn't connect to a secondary monitor

For I while now my laptop Windows 11 doesn't connect to a secondary monitor when connecting via HDMI, the secondary monitor does wake up from standby but then says that there is no input. However if I connect a secondary monitor via a hp hub, the monitor does show up. I have checked the cables and the monitor does work with other laptops. I am using a HP ZBook Studio x360 G5.

Windows 11 animations are laggy when i connect secondary monitor to my laptop

Hello. I am having a problem with my windows 11 animations when i connect secondary display to my laptop. All the animations are laggy And not smooth (as without the monitor). I am using a Asus taking laptop with i7 And rtx 3060. I set the laptop to maximum performance And i tried plugging the display to the poet connected directly to gpu And more or less the result is the same. When the secondary monitor is connected all animations are laggy.

Btw i dont know if it hs something to do with each display having different regrese rage (the laptop 144hz And the externa just 60hz)

Touch screen connected as secondary monitor.

Touch screen connected as secondary monitor (when needed !)

And always my primary monitor sets as touch screen.

Any possibilities to change this -> To set up specific monitor with touch support be as touch screen forever?

Always i do when I need secondary monitor:

I connecting monitor with touch screen -> Tablet PC Settings -> setup ......

Main monitor no touch support Philips UltraWide,

Secondary - Dell with touch.

Both monitors have no drivers for Windows 11.
