Windows 10: For my birthday, I was given a computer with windows 11 automatically installed on it. But...

Every time I open a game, I get this "We can't open this "ms-gameoverlay" link," which, game overlay? I don't remember having a game overlay app. When I try to open a troubleshoot, same popup. can't open. There's not even a snipping tool like windows 10 does! AND there's NO MICROSOFT STORE which I NEED to INSTALL basic essentials! AND I CAN'T EVEN INSTALL MICROSOFT STORE WITHOUT MICROSOFT STORE! LIKE ****????i'm sorry for the caps lock usage and the bolded words but i'm genuinely mad that my computer didn't come with so many apps that it needs.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Automatic GPU drivers installed

Hey guys for the past 6 months I've been running a gtx 580 and I've just sent it back today as part of the step up program to get the gtx 680. For the next 2 weeks I will be using my old 9800 gtx+. I installed the card and booted the computer and upon getting to the windows screen, windows searched automatically online and installed drivers. I rebooted and checked the driver version, and sure enough, it had found and installed the latest drivers for my card.

I've always manually installed drivers by starting up the nvidia process and all that, what windows did, was it a sufficient driver install? When I get the gtx 680, I'm assuming it will do this again, would it be a smart idea to manually install the driver or would windows version do the exact same thing? Thanks guys.

 

Windows.old automatically deleted the day after installing Windows 10

A simple websearch would have given you info quicker than complaining about someone suggesting to upgrade to Windows 10 and something causing the Windows.old to be deleted, which I doubt was caused by Microsoft.
Rebuild System Partition

The second way here we can put forward is to rebuild the system partition. If you don't want to pay a penny to do the lost partition recovery, try this method. Note that this requires you have the Windows installation disk. Now follow the instructions to begin.
Preparatory work:
Boot the computer using the Windows installation media for your running OS. Then on the first installation screen, press SHIFT+F10 to bring up the command prompt.
Now run the following commands at the command prompt.
Step 1:
bootrec /fixmbr
Step 2:
diskpart
select disk 0
list partition
select partition n (n is the Windows OS partition)
active
exit (exit diskpart)
Step 3:
bootrec /fixboot
Step 4:
bootrec /rebuildbcd
