  2. 1402 Error whilst installing Razer Synapse software

    Hi,

    I've the same problem like TheMarkMeister

    I've got a mouse from razer about 3 month and I installed Razer Synapse after both their product. Everything worked perfectly!

    But now, after update this SW, the app stopped working!

    I unistalled everything about this app, and I tried install Synapse again.

    During instal the app reports "Error 1402..." I tried change the access to that key, but not working!

    What's happening, it suddenly does not work??

    Hello guys!

    I've been trying to fix this issue for hours. Been reading so many fixes on the forums, but none seemed to work for me.

    So the thing is, i've been trying to run the program "Razer Synapse"

    And get the error "Razer Synapse 0xc000007b Failed to open"

    Here are the things i've been trying to do in order to fix the issue:
    Tried to repair - and also download the latest Visual C++ Redistributable
    Download different bunch of dlls that other people posted as solutions, but didnt fix it for me.

    So i was hoping someone on this forum could help me For some reason I started receiving this error after I installed Razer synapse? I... :)

    Razer Synapse not working on my desktop

    Hello,

    I got a Razer Naga chroma mouse " biggest mistake ever" and i proceed to download the driver on my gaming desktop and its not working, I can see the razer synapse in the bottom right , when i right click it and press open nothing happens.

    I contacted support" and they dont know what they are doing, they are just asking me to uninstal and reinstal synapse, then unsital frame work and reinstall etc etc... and ive done everything and nothing is working..

    I decided to give the synapse a try on my laptop, and weirdly enough it worked fine.

    both laptop and desktop have the same OS "win 10 64 bits ,but i have no idea why it works fine on my laptop and not the desktop.

    Anything anyone can do to help me? advise,recommend? im open to any suggestion
