Windows 10: For the Windows Security, how do I reset the password?

On the Passwords screen, when accessing a sites account/password, the "Windows Security > Microsoft edge is trying to show passwords. Enter your windows password to allow this" pops up. I don't remember the username and password and I go to More Choices and select the email listed. The password for the email listed doesn't work. I used to be able to use a PIN, but that option is not available any longer.How do I reset the password for it? Or how do I delete it altogether to start over.
