Windows 10: Force unlink of Microsoft Account I don't own, from my own PC.

Hi allI have wracked my brain trying to forcibly remove a Microsoft account that has been linked to a limited user account, on my own PC. It was a friend that used it to play Minecraft & other Microsoft games.Since logging in to play their account has been stuck on my PC. It's ridiculous that this has to happen behind the scenes just to play a game.Anyway - frustration with how Microsoft utilise account information behind the scenes aside - this persons account is not removable the usual ways. I have tried the usuals:Remove from accounts & email only gives me manage, so I try the step

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.
