This Installation Is Prohidden By System Policy.

More options: 7 Ways to Fix "This Installation Is Forbidden by System Policy" Error on Windows You may need to know the registry key corresponding to that group policy. It seems possible that registry tweaks corresponding to group policy may not be be correctable by the group policy editor. Further- not all options are actually effective when trying to add the Group Policy Editor to Home. See Policy Plus (freeware) - like the Group Policy Editor but with a good Find feature.
