Windows 10: Forced into Windows 11 and its not working

My computer restarted automatically and I started updating without my permision or even aski g me. When It came back there was Windows 11 already installed. Its terrible, I dont care how pretty it looks, I need to work without interruptions and then this hits with its superficial rounded corners BS.I get xbox icon on the task bar. I click to take it away from my task bar and every time I come back to my computer there it is again. And this morning, after it restarted again without me asking for it, I found that it is completely irresponsive. nothing works, there is no task bar or anything and

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter
