Was forced to update windows. I left it alone to update. I come back and my computer is reset back to august of 2020. I'm missing so much shit. I tried looking at PC recovery but it won't let me. I have no idea how I would go about recovering all of my data... or if windows just wiped my drive

    Best gaming harddrive Sugestion ???

Seagate states on their 750gb,32mb cache harddrive that the best application is video surveillance.(liquor stores, how very sad and completly overpriced for the amount of problems they have).Yet Passmark lists this near the top of their harddrive page.Any one have a suggestion for something that will last.(maybe samsung???)
Also I was considering a Raidmax hybrid 2 sli 630w powersupply.Any thoughts on Raidmax??

  3. How can I restore my screen resolution to when it was before Windows forced me to update?

    Hello,

I suggest you to restore the system to the previous point where PC was working normally. To do so kindly follow the below given steps:

    • Press Windows + I key and click on Update and security.

    • Click on Recovery, and click on
      Restart under Advance startup.

    • In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, click
      'Troubleshoot'.

    • Click, Advanced Options and then click on
      System Restore.

    • Follow the onscreen suggestion to restore your PC to earlier point.
    Hope this helps.

IE7 Is Coming This Month...Are you Ready?

The final release of IE7 will be released this month. A few weeks after it will be put available for download it will be added to the list of automatic updates.
Improvements over IE6 can be found in layout and security while keeping compatibility. Webmasters will still have to check their sites for compatibility as problems may occur. Steps to ensure compatibility can be found here.
Of course you won't be forced to upgrade, if you don't want IE7 you can simply remove it from the automatic updates list and update it when you are ready.
