Just as it says, whenever i was connecting a bluetooth device my monitors blacked out turned back on didn't show any picture. I force restarted the thing and now there is an infinite loop going on. I've already attempted uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for bluetooth but it hasn't changed anything. I currently have the drivers disabled so that i don't go insane from the constant pinging sound. This has also resulted in the program i was using to connect the bluetooth device to magically disappear from my pc, and i don't know why.

    :)
