Windows 10: Foreign logins

I have an issue where my pc is locking me out for 2 hours every time I boot up because it said I powered on and off the computer too many times or I entered the wrong password too many times. I finally was able to login but I have attempts from multiple foreign countries. Is there a way to block these?

Foreign Disk

Hi,

You will only lose the data in the Foreign Disk once you convert it to a "Basic Disk" in Disk Management.

To allow the disk to be recognized, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key and type "Disk Management" and click on it.
• Right-click on the foreign disk and select "Import Foreign Disks..."

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
