Windows 10: Forget my Laptop PIN

I am writing to request assistance with my laptop. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the PIN I use to sign in to my Windows device, and I am currently unable to access my system. There is no option like forgot my PIN or reset my PIN or forgot my password.Could you please guide me through the process to reset or recover my PIN? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

windows say "your pin is required to sign in."

• i lost my my back up USD flash drive.
• forget pin is disabled

Since recent update KB3200970 I cannot use nor setup a PIN to sign in and MS Office2016 disappeared

Thank you for the update. We suggest for you to reset the login PIN. Here are the steps:

• Click on the Start Menu and select settings.
• Now select Accounts.
• Next select the tab Sign-in option.
• Click on I Forget the PIN and follow the on screen instructions.

Update us with the result.

 

Disable Sign In PIN

You can also disable PIN using registry. Try these steps:

1. Open Registry Editor.
2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System.
3. Set AllowDomainPINLogon to 0.
4. Close Registry Editor and reboot your system.
