Windows 10: forget my microsoft account password

Please Help me. First, sorry for my English. I have a big problem. stage: Windows 10, set to boot in safe mode (alternate shell) without network access. So, I forget my microsoft account password (usually i used my pin), how to get into the alternative shell or how to boot normally. ¿?

I have 2 computers and I forgot the password on on of them can you help.

Microsoft gives you the opportunity of password change. Just login to your account and click on forget the password.

for this go to microsoft account. visit
Microsoft site. Enter ur login and then click forget password.

Brink thanks your quick answer. But my trouble it's that network not connected. the option I have set for the boot was alternate shell without network. I was thinking use the Windows Password Key tool, what do you think about?

 

That's not going to help you with a Microsoft account.

Are you able to boot the computer to Safe Mode with networking using one of the other options below?

If not, then you'll need to use another computer with internet to reset your MS password to then be able to boot to normal mode and sign in to your computer.

 

Ok, it´s clear, please, one last question, there is no way to force to get the Advanced Startup Options, maybe pressing a key or something.
