Windows 10: Forgot Account Pin

Hi I have forgotten my pin to access my account its the only admin account on my pc and I am locked out. my account is connected to my Microsoft Account but when I click forgot pin the Microsoft window that appears is greyed out so can not type my details to reset my pin. is there a way around this.

Try the steps here:

• Navigate to PC Settings -> Accounts -> Sign-in options. Click on I forgot my PIN link.
• Next, click on the Continue button in the Are you sure you forgot your PIN? screen.
• You can now add a new PIN and click OK.

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?

• Click Start menu and go to Settings.
• In Settings, click the Accounts icon.
• Click on Sign-in options.
• Change both your password and pin one by one.
