Windows 10: Forgot laptop pin, cannot access recovery email

Alright so first off, I forgot my pin for my laptop. When trying to use the forgot this pin option, I realized that the recovery email is that of my recently deceased father's. I tried the recovery form but it keeps coming back saying that the information is not sufficient. When trying to reset the laptop, it's asking me to enter a recovery key which I do not have. I am honestly just lost and don't know what to do.

Forgot Login PIN

Hello,

I setup a login pin on my Laptop Account using my email address. I forgot my PIN and i cannot access my laptop anymore. How can i remove the PIN using my microsoft account? I already know its password.

Can't create pin for login. Pin stopped working

Try the steps here:

• Navigate to PC Settings -> Accounts -> Sign-in options. Click on I forgot my PIN link.
• Next, click on the Continue button in the Are you sure you forgot your PIN? screen.
• You can now add a new PIN and click OK.
