Windows 10: Forgot my password, no reset option need HELP!!

Hi! I have an ROG laptop and I’ve been using Face ID to get in and I forgot my password. I’m now logged out and there’s no ‘Forgot my password’ option. It’s come to the point where I’ve tried so many times there’s a Challenge phrase. I have a rough idea of the password but I can’t seem to get it right. I need my laptop for my deadlines :, Please help!!

I can not reset my google password

Two step works for me if your phone info is the same as it was you should be able to recover it.
