Windows 10: Forgot my windows pin and not receiving OTP on outlook account

I forgot my windows hello pin, and now I am unable to start my laptop. When I click on forgot pin it is sending otp on my outlook account but I am not receiving it , pls help me with this .

SO today my friend asked me if i could post this question on the forum:



He wants to configure a outlook account with 1 email, with that outlook account he wants to run the same account in 2 diferent computers he wants the both computer to be connected in network, for example:

• he receives a email and that email is sent to each computer;
• he deletes a email from one computer and it also deletes on the other;
• he moves a email to a folder it also moves on the other computer;

Microsoft Account Mobile OTP Not Received

I have created a new Microsoft account and added my phone number as a recovery option. But now When I am trying to install anything from Windows Store Microsoft is asking for login and after entering password it's asking for otp but the problem is I didn't receive any otp from Microsoft.

And for the info I have good network connections and it's working fine with others otp verification.

I need to login into my account please help me.
