    Forgot Password and No Install Disc


    My brother in law just got a new computer and forgot his password he created for it. He used an old phone number for the security on the account, but lost that phone and now has a new phone number.

    It's a brand new desktop computer so he has nothing on it yet that he wants. I saw a few articles suggesting that you could factory reset the computer by holding SHIFT and Power.

    After it factory resets, will it reboot with Windows 10 installed? Or is there a way I can get recovery files?

    you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

    is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?
