    Hi,


    I had some troubles with my computer, and i followed this solution http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135, unfortunetly i forgot to click "disable microsoft services" and when i restarted it i couldnt get in using PIN code, and i dont remember the password because i was used to log in by PIN. However i am pretty sure that i remember the password, is it possible that it just doesnt work, that the system doesnt accept even right password? I have no clue what to do, is there some help for me? Last chance is reinstall but i would like to avoid that option.

    • Are you using Microsoft account or local account for logging in the computer?

    Administrator forgot password, disable UAC

    So the administrator to my desktop forgot their password, and I am unable to login to their account to change anything.

    User Account Control has made it virtually impossible to do anything, and without the administrator password, I am unable to disable it. The administrator is unwilling to go to Microsoft.com to reset it, so I am virtually stuck.

    EVERY suggestion on the Internet was useless ("open cmd as admin", I don't even have the password), So I need some advice on how to reset the administrator password and to also disable UAC.
