Windows 10: Forgot Password

I want to get into the startup repair screen but it asks for me to enter the password for the microsoft account connected to the computer, same account I'm on now and using the same computer. problem is it keeps saying the password is incorrect. I've even changed the password to something new and it is still saying that password is incorrect. I have tried the Windows + Space to select the right keyboard layout, but that doesn't seem to change either.

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?
