Windows 10: Forgot password

Hi I forgot my password after not entering for a few months and I thought I reset but it's a different username and I can't reset it if someone give me some ideas and I'm pretty sure nothing is on it so even help me reset it without logging on

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?
