Windows 10: Forgot Pin/Do not know pin on windows 10 start up

Hello,I normally just use my fingerprint to sign into my windows 10 laptop. This time while attempting to log in my finger was wet and the log in failed which prompted me with “please enter pin”. The issue is I have forgotten/didn’t even know I have a pin for my log in of my laptop. When I go to forgot pin. It comes up with the following message. “we can’t open that page right now”. Yes I have an office 365 account that is hosted by go daddy. I spoke with go daddy and they said this has nothing to do with them.Is this laptop essentially garbage now? And I need to get a new one!?

PIN at start up

I suggest you to follow the below steps how to Change PIN password:

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then Click on accounts.
• Then on the left hand side click on sign in options.
• Then you can Select Change PIN password and remove the pin.
