    Forgotten account : billed twice for same service support agent


    Hello, I try to find a support agent to help me with the following:I have probably subscribed to an xbox pass monthly subscription from a pc that was not using a Microsoft linked account or was using the wrong one.Following this, I have setup my current MS account and did not see my subscription, so after looking at emails and not finding the previous one, I created a new one thinking previous one was never existing. But I see on my bank statement that I was charged, probably by the previous subscription that finaly was probably active.Since I dont know the user account that was used for m

    Please note this is a community forum. Microsoft will not see this question. Please don't trust anyone with account information, keys, or passwords. If you have been charged twice for a subscription, please:

    1. Open start and type "Get Help"
    2. Type "Talk to an Agent"
    3. Select the options for Office and Billing.
    4. Connect with an agent by chat or phone. Windows advisors aren't Microsoft agents.

    www.windowsphone.com

    • click on Support and troubleshooting
    • Then click on Getting support
    • then click on the icon that says "Billing" and on the drop down click on "Contact Us".
    • Start a Live Chat and you will connect directly with a Windows Phone support agent to solve your issue quickly.

    So if you have a charge that you question go to windowsphone.com

    • click on the "how to"
    • click on "Support and troubleshooting "
    • choose a category of "billing" then click on "contact us"
    • You will be redirected to a new page and choose the chat option where you will connect quickly with a Windows Phone support agent who will assist you with the billing issue.
