Windows 10: Forgotten microsoft password setup

Good day!I am having troubles with my forgotten password when my laptop was set up by my sister when she formatted the laptop that I was using today.I accidentally signed up her Microsoft account on my laptop last week and I cannot remove her account. It says now that her account was the administrator. I tried signing up my Microsoft account so that I can change the administrator but it says that I need to sign up to the computer see the attached picture.My sister forgot the password that she used when she set up my laptop. How can I, maybe, "forgot password" this so that I can change the pa
