Windows 10: Forgotten password Windows 10, how to get to C:

Hello I have a Lenovo laptop computer. It has windows 10 installed. I am locked out. It will not take any password. I have found some instructions, but I need to get to C:.I’m sure this has happened to many many people before me. Can somebody point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.
