Windows 10: Forgotten Pin Number windows 11

I am trying to change my pin as I have forgotten it. I am logged into my computer as the owner. When I go through the procedure to replace forgotten pin if asks for last 4 digits of my phone and I enter them in. It then sends me a text with a temp code to enter in. The problem is the screen where I am supposed to enter the temp code goes away before I can enter the code. What can I do? It disappears to fast.

I'm going around in circles here.

I want to download Windows Draw.

I'm asked for my PIN - I have absolutely no memory of ever setting a PIN.

I click on "I have forgotten my PIN"

I'm asked to sign In, but I am already signed in.

My contact phone number has changed so that won't work.

I go to the site suggested;

I'm asked for my PIN - I have absolutely no memory of ever setting a PIN.

I click on "I have forgotten my PIN"

I'm asked for details of my age etc.

An automated response come back saying I haven't provided the right data!

I still want to download Windows Draw.

Trouble saving voicemail number

To access my voicemail it is my phone number, a pause and 4 digit pin.



I did the following steps:

• Turned off default voicemail number
• Added a , (for pause) at end of my phone number
• Added the 4 digit pin

I get the following error message We're having trouble saving your voicemail number right now. Try again later.



Any suggestions on how to correct this?
