    Forgotten verification


    I have forgotten my password and pin on my laptop I have also forgotten my outlook password since it’s been sometime however I do have the option to choose a fingerprint recognition although the computer will not let me access this for some reason. I kept on submitting forms to reset my outlook password to gain access to my laptop however this has not been successful after multiple tries everyday I’m getting quite sick and tired of this and would like to know what else I can do since all my university work is located on this laptop and I have to submit some work before it reaches the overall d
