Windows 10: Formatted corrupted SN850xNVMe, now windows media creation tool will not install. Keeps...

From my understanding the usb 3.0 driver needs to be updated but I cant seem to find the manual download anywhere. Motherboard manufacturers drivers file will not work. None of the fixes online worked, switching ports, etc. Anyone have a fix or work around? I have been trying to figure this out for the past 12 hours. Rather frustrating that drivers needed for just about everything are hard to find.Edit: Added pics
