    Please Help.Many of out computers only have 120GB SSD and that should be plenty because the users don't create a lot of data. But what I'm noticing is after about 2 years of turnover the user accounts number over 100 and use about 60 to 70 GB of the drive.It mainly looks like files found in AppData and mostly Email files.Does anyone know what the best practice is for removing the employee files from the local machines when an employee is removed from the AD server?I can delete them manually by going to User Profiles on the Advanced Tab of System Properties but that is very time consuming when

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    Hi Johan,

    It is possible that your
    HDD was unreadable
    causing the error message to appear. We recommend that you perform these troubleshooting steps and check if there are any changes:


    • Shutdown
      your
      PC.

    • Unhooked
      the
      HDD
      and
      turn on
      your
      PC.

    • Reconnect
      your
      HDD
      and
      restart
      your
      PC.

    If the issue persists, we suggest that you contact your
    laptop/computer's manufacturer
    for further assistance.

    Update us on how it goes.
