Windows 10: Forticlient from MS Store

HI all, Upon installation of the Forticlient app from appstore, my setting froze when i tried to access the VPN settings. Proceed to uninstalled and download from web and VPN is working now, but there is still a very obvious lag when i try to access VPN, Wifi, mobile hotspot etc from the settings menu. Other options are fine. Even if i click on the wifi icon on the taskbar, it will take a while for the available networks to be shown now. Any idea what could be the problem? System currently running on Windows 10 Pro, 21H1 V19043.1055. I plan to install Windows 11 when it is out. I suppose this will override the "corrupted files" or should i proceed and reset my pc and install fresh copy of windows 10?

• What is the error message when running MS Store and Taskmanager?
• Were there any changes made before this issue came up?
• What is the build and version of your Windows 10? To find out which version of Windows your PC is running, press Windows logo key + R, type
  winver, then select OK.
• What are the troubleshooting steps you have done so far?
