Windows 10: Fortnite bad image error 0xc0000428

Hello. So i tried to play my favourite game-fortnite, so i launched the game and got an image 0xc0000428. It says that it is either not designed to run on windows and you need to ask the administrators. I looked up for solutions like sfc scan, upgrading visuals, and doing some coding in cmd, but all of them didn't work. I looked up in microsoft and some people needed to update windows, but i tried and couldn't update windows features versions 21VHS error code0x80070002. I am really woried right now, so i would like to get an answer. Thank you for understanding.

Fortnite 0xc0000428 error

Hello I have been recently getting some errors on fortnite, i will send some pictures, i have contacted epic games and they said the error i was getting is 0xc0000428.
Their email reads out as : I can see that you are running into an error message when you try to launch Fortnite, I will be more than happy to help you to the best of my ability.

To start, it seems that you are receiving the 0xc0000428 error message, this is an error message From Microsoft, usually to do with a missing file or program, so I am limited with the amount of support I am able to give.

To start I would like to ask that you uninstall and reinstall Fortnite, to make sure that all of the files necessary are available.

I have already reinstalled fortnite.

Im trying to play a game on my PC (Fortnite), but im unable to due to the '0xc0000428' error for bad image

 

Windows 10 1903, msra popup bad image 0xc0000428 error.

On Windows 10, version 1903, when run msra.exe (Microsoft remote assistance), it would popup following message

"msra.exe - Bad Image : C:\Program Files (x86)\.....\xxxxx.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system
administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000428. "

xxxxx.dll is our injection dll which uses SetWindowsHookEx function. digit sign the dll does not help. please help!
