Windows 10: Fortnite content i bought not shown in account

Discus and support Fortnite content i bought not shown in account in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I redeemed a fortnite key in microsoft and in the orders it is shown as completed but when i log into epic it isnt there.Also i have waited 24 hours...     I redeemed a fortnite key in microsoft and in the orders it is shown as completed but when i log into epic it isnt there.Also i have waited 24 hours and i have linked epic account with xbox but still nothing

    i bought a the new yellow jacket starter pack on fortnite and i didn't receive it i try'd restarting my game and it still hasn't given it to me any suggestions. it took the money out of my account but i didn't get the starter pack

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
