    Hello, I have been experiencing crashes and bugs when i load into fortnite. for example sometimes it will say "a d3d11-compatible gpu feature level 11.0, shader model 5.0 is required to run the engine.". and other times my screen will go black and my pc will stop displaying anything. Does anyone have any fixes? my gpu is a sapphire toxic 6900xt and my cpu is a i5 12600kf.

    I was playing Fortnite, and out of nowhere it froze. I ended up having to restart my computer and now it shows: “D3D11 -compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is needed.” Does anyone know how to fix this? Please help.

    Trying to run a game and it shows "D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0)".

    Trying to run valorant and it shows "D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0)". I have tried everything i found online such as redownloading the game, updating drivers and windows update, even redownloaded all visual c++ files yet it is still showing me the d3d11 error. Is there any fix for it? my specs are listed below:

    • CPU: intel i5-2540M 2.60GHz
    • GPU: Intel HD 4000
    • RAM: 4GB
