Forza Horizon 3, 4, and State of Decay 2 are not uninstalling

I have uninstalled all 3 games using the traditional process. Please do not tell me to go to the control panel and "uninstall" them. I have done that, they do not appear in the list of installed programs. The folders they reside in are in WindowsApps. I have been unsuccessful in trying to give myself permission to that directory and just manually deleting the relevant install directories for each game. They are taking up ~120gb of a 500gb SSD. They need to go. How do I accomplish this without a re-format?

    :)
