Windows 10: Forza Horizon 3 Car Pass Not Working

Today I have bought Forza Horizon 3 ultimate edition which is on sale on PC on Microsoft Store. Upon installation it seems that some of the car packs are not working for me even though they are included in the car pass. 3 of the car packs are not working for me and Microsoft Store wants me to pay for them. I am aware of the 3 car packs Hoonigan, Porsche and Mountain dew not being included in Car Pass. I am talking specifically about Logitech, Rockstar and playseat car packs. Other DLCs work just fine and the Store recognizes that I own them.

Please help me resolve this issue as I'm not able to enjoy what I paid for.

Forza Horizon 3 sounds not working

So a couple of days ago I got Forza Horizon 3, and Immediatly after getting into the game, I noticed that the sounds for the dialog were not working and that the engine sounds for many of the cars are not working. A few of the cars I have had trouble with
are the 2005 Lotus Elise, one of the Jaguars that came with the car pass, the 2016 Lamborghini Aventador, and the Acura NSX. Is there anything I can do to fix these problems or is Horizon 4 the only Horizon game with fully working sounds? I've kind of backed
off horizon 4 since the lego expansion which is what lead to me getting 3. If there is no way to fix the horizon 3 sounds, is it possible for me to use the sound files from forza horizon 4 in horizon 3?

 

Getting error code 0x803fb005 when downloading Car Pass for Forza Horizon on Windows 10.

As I said the error occurs only when I try to install the Car Pass for Forza Horizon 4. Other apps can be installed without any issue. The rest of Forza Horizon is installed and work ok.
