Windows 10: Forza Horizon 3 Freezing

I am on Windows 11 and Forza Horizon 3 does not work. When launching everything is fine until the main screen of the game. Once I get there my game freezes and I have to press the windows key. Once the taskbar is up the game starts running again but when I click onto the game again it freezes. I originally bought the game on an Xbox and am currently on PC using play anywhere.Please Help,-Greg
