I recently redeemed a code for Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition, but it says I don't have the game. It says I have the game plus everything else, but there's no way to download everything in one go. Is there a way to make it work?

Not able to download Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition

I tried launching Forza Horizon 3, it gave me the error code 0x803F8001. So I decided to uninstall the game and reinstall the game but now I can't download it anymore, it says I have to buy the game which I already did when it came
out (on my xbox). When I go to my purchases it says Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition so when I go to that page it says that "Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition is currently not available".
