Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4 Crashes after intro cutscene

Recently I bought Forza Horizon 4 since the ultimate edition was on a nice sale. I played horizon 4 in the past with this exact pc setup, but now it crashes right after the intro cutscene the game crashes exactly when it tries to switch between cutscene and game as soon as it lets me do an input the game freezes, the audio quiets down as if I were in the pause menu, then the game restarts after a few seconds. the GPU is below requirements with only 1GB of VRAM it never limited me before in Horizon, it performed a solid 60-50fps on low setting with 1920x1080 I tried reinstalling, fresh windows install as well. tried a different drive, confirmed it had enough space. the benchmark mode starts up but only sometimes. whenever it does, have not found a reason when it starts or not yet, the benchmark does a normal run with no issues. Exception code: 0xc0000005 is stated in the event viewer I do not have a clue what to really go from here. checked a few other discussions and posts, but the issue I had did not seem to be similar. , the issue also persisted with another GPU I borrowed

Forza Horizon 4 no sound in game

So i just got Forza Horizon 4 and there is no sound only in cutscenes. I already reinstalled sound drivers and restarted it.

Forza Horizon 4 crashes as soon as the intro ends and you get to play, i'm on build 1909.
