Forza Horizon 4 Crashing

I have a steam version of Forza Horizon 4 and my Forza 4 keeps crashing right after the loading screen and it doesn't crash right after the loading screen when I run it offline but crashes after playing for 7 or 8 mins and I

checked the crash on the crash event viewer and it says:

I wanted to ask if anyone could help me with it and I wanted to know if it was any of my hardware that's causing the problem and I have Ryzen 7 5700U and vega graphics and 8 GB ram and I wanted to know if it's the problem of my driver or game files...so can anyone help me please?
