Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4 Keeps Crashing every 1-2 hours

Pls help me. I just bought forza 4 the day before yesterday from steam because of the discount and played it. But every 1-2 hours the game keep crashing, it crashes randomly like when i pause the game, or when i'm racing, or even when i do nothing. Is it the driver issue? Because recently i just updated my GPU and CPU driver, or is it my windows user account that is corrupt? If there is any fix method, please tell me. Also, i've always turned on my Bluetooth since im using a Bluetooth mouse. So i need another fix method Btw here is my laptop spec: I5 12500h GeForce GTX 1650 16gb ram 512gb SSD

Forza horizon 4 keeps crashing

So my forza horizon 4 keeps crashing shortly after I start playing it. Sometimes I would start driving and then it would crash.

I'd suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Click on Start menu, and look for Forza Horizon 4. Right click on it and select
Uninstall.

You can also uninstall the game through settings by following the below steps.

1. Press Windows key + I together to open Settings.

2. Click on Apps > Apps & features.

3. Click on Forza Horizon 4.

4. Select Uninstall.

Let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's fixed.
