Windows 10: Forza horizon 4 “Profile invalid” message keeps appearing after reinstalling

I dont want to lose my progress. I have been playing non-stop since I bought forza horizon 4 and it seems like this error message keeps appearing after reinstalling. Is there a fix to this?

hi, I have a problem with Forza Horizon 4, I have this error code (E: 47-0 invalid profile), I tried many methods but none worked, I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but it didn't work. what

I'd suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Click on Start menu, and look for Forza Horizon 4. Right click on it and select
Uninstall.

You can also uninstall the game through settings by following the below steps.

1. Press Windows key + I together to open Settings.

2. Click on Apps > Apps & features.

3. Click on Forza Horizon 4.

4. Select Uninstall.
