Windows 10: Forza Horizon 5 Crashing After Attempting To Leave Forzathon Screen

Hello,Reaching out today as a last attempt to try and fix my game, haven't been able to play for over a month just after reaching level 100. What happens is when I launch the game it loads fine up until the Forzathon screen, after trying to exit this, the game will freeze for 3-5 seconds and then crash. I've tried disabling anti-virus, wallpaper engine, running the game as an administrator, and completely reinstalling the game multiple times. None of these fix the issue, I'm playing on Windows 10, with the steam version of the game. I'm running a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, with an Intel Core
