Windows 10: forza horizon 5 d3d12 issues

i usually play fh5 on my xbox but i want to use my pc and every time i use it it crashes immediately, i guarantee if i use d3d11 it will work since my pc for some reason doesn't like directx12, every time i launch a game on d3d12 it crashes, when i change it to d3d11 its fine but forza horizon 5 on xbox app doesn't have a changeable directx setting from the files so idk what to do

We notice there are issues with the installation for Forza Horizon 5 recently too which was isolated to Forza Horizon 5 alone. In connection to that, we suggest that you:

• Try disabling any antivirus, VPN and other related apps.
  
• Updating the drivers of your PC.
