I bought a 15 million car from car collection with the button Y, and it doesnt even show up in my inventory. And the purchase was an accident. I didnt even mean to buy the car, so if its possible. Could I get a refund? Get back the money on Forza??And I dont know who can help me with this problem

Forza Horizon 3 Car Pass Not Working

Hello

Today I have bought Forza Horizon 3 ultimate edition which is on sale on PC on Microsoft Store. Upon installation it seems that some of the car packs are not working for me even though they are included in
the car pass. 3 of the car packs are not working for me and Microsoft Store wants me to pay for them. I am aware of the 3 car packs Hoonigan, Porsche and Mountain dew not being included in Car Pass. I am talking specifically about Logitech, Rockstar and playseat
car packs. Other DLCs work just fine and the Store recognizes that I own them.

Please help me resolve this issue as I'm not able to enjoy what I paid for.
