Windows 10: Forza Horizon 5 Will Not work!

My Forza will not launch. I have updated my drivers, ensured my windows are running up to date, and ensured the game is up to date. I have downloaded and reinstalled the game multiple times. I have run the game as an administrator nothing works. Sometimes it launches up to the point where it shows the animation for Turn 10 studious and the car turning on but never past that point and it crashes without explanation. On top of that most of the time it won't launch past pressing the ready button. I have troubleshooter the game and made sure all the files were deleted I downloaded the newest versi
