Windows 10: Forza Online Connection Problem

My NAT is open, and the WIFI is brilliant, only 39 ms delay. For the connection of online gaming, it shows that the quality is good, the area is east asia 0.057s, but the IPSEC is 0x000000. I don't know what's going on with my online gaming for Forza Horizon 4. I have never used any modifiers like CE etc. I never used them with my game, so I don't know what's the problem. And the following pictures are the situation I met in game.
